Megha Gupta Instagram – We had winter solstice on the 21st December which represents the end of a period of darkness and a new period of renewal and increasing light ✨
While I find this day a very important one, I did not have network to speak about it earlier on my socials, thus – to you.
It’s a great time to reflect, release and embrace renewal and sometimes, rebirth 🚀
Some questions you may like to ask yourself :
• What am I ready to release from this past year ? (Big one, be honest with yourself. Thoughts, emotions, people, situations, past patterns).
• In what ways have I grown stronger this year ? (A few events have been painful, I think about what’s the lesson it was meant to teach me).
• What is that one small way I can nurture myself during this
holiday season ? (I actually let go of my routine and give in to Season time in Goa, make Merry and let that abundance engulf me).
• How can I invite more light (positivity, abundance, love, clarity) into my life ?
I love journaling. It is the pathway to our favourite self and it helps me put things in perspective and chalk out my favourite self. I write what I’m grateful for and best case scenario for the day, week and at this point, even the coming year.
