Meghan McCain Instagram – Merry Christmas Eve, eve! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for following, liking, engaging, supporting and just caring about anything I ever say for another year. It’s a privilege to get paid to talk and I never take it for granted one second. I am so lucky and blessed to have all of you – I am utterly and eternally grateful.
Wishing you all a happy, healthy, Christmas holiday. Please be gentle with yourselves no matter what. These are intense times even under the best of circumstances. My heart goes out and is with anyone who is struggling this holiday season for whatever reason. You are not alone and I will be praying for you. I have been there, I promise you, everything passes and time lessens the sting of pain and grief. For me prayer, meditation, acupuncture, being outdoors, around loved ones, limiting social media, and abstaining from any alcohol is my trusted elixir that has always helped get me through the worst of times. Sometimes just take it minute by minute and hour by hour.
