Patty Guggenheim Instagram – I dream about the ocean almost every night. Today I did a meditation focusing on the water – sometimes so still, sometimes a relentless roll of breaking waves. It was nice to think about the power of both and to go between the two. In a time when it feels like the waves keep crashing, I like to rest my mind on the still times, the calm and the endless electric beauty both above and below the water.
When I take time to do this is so easy to feel grateful for the magic all around us. Taking a moment to appreciate the flowers and the humans and the creatures and the life. Images have energy and I hold onto them for comfort in the moment and inspiration for the future.
My mind travels to my New Years on the water and I offer these images here for a rest from the constant crash. Sending so much LOVE and LIGHT. Excelsior! ✨
