We need your support now more than ever. The German parliament has just passed a resolution that claims to “protect Jewish life,” but it’s really a move to restrict solidarity and freedom of expression—especially in our arts and culture community.
We are @Arts_Culture_Alliance_Berlin, and we’ve put together this reel featuring incredible artists (@PeachesNisker, @CandiceBreitz, @Gigi.Spelsberg, @ColinSelf, @dielamb, @Liz.Rosenfeld, @Michael_Barenboim, and @PamHoggFashion) standing up for creative freedom.
This resolution threatens our collective rights and freedoms. It will increase surveillance, lead to self-censorship, and label human rights movements as “extremist.” We’re all affected.
