Race Wong Instagram – For those who plan to hike up the Machu Picchu, I’ve documented my journey from the start, middle to the end. From energetic to a breathless one. Took me about 2 hours to get up there. Unlike many other hikes such as the Tigers Nest in Bhutan, this hike is all steps! A total of 2670 steps up to reach the top. The ancient Inca people built this to climb up the top for worshipping. It’s amazing the things people used to do and it just shows that we humans actually have super willpower simply by judging the 100 ton stones they were able to move to the top of the mountains to build their city without any machinery. We are such lucky ppl to be born into this generation.
