Rachel Stevens Instagram – Hey lovelies❤️
At the beginning of the week I got the opportunity to experience and to be a part of @santalancoaching retreat with a wonderful group of women 🙏🏻💫
We stayed in the most beautiful Manor House @wildernessreserve surrounded by peace and tranquility
The few days were so nurturing and so full of self care.
The retreat is over 4 days and includes workshops, delicious beautiful food made from local produce , you get to experience guided meditations and wellbeing exercises to help you rebalance and of course the brilliant coaching which I got so much from💫
Getting to have time with experts in their field of business , fashion , health and wellbeing. It was so brilliant to have these conversations and to talk about how you can implement certain goals, desires and passions you want to channel and then having guidance on how to help you implement these practices and things you’ve learnt into your daily routine for the 🙌🏻
Alongside that meeting fabulous women from all walks of life, sharing stories , conversation and love was just so nurturing and good for the soul.
