Newport Water (from Clarke Cooke House in Newport)
.5 oz St. Germain (elderflower liquor)
.5 oz Grand Marnier
Champagne or sparkling wine
Add St. Germain and Grand Marnier to large wine glass filled with ice and top with sparkling wine. Easy! Cheers!
