I love all of us beautiful weirdos that make up our beautiful weird home. LA doesn’t make sense to some people. And some people love to hate whatever doesn’t fit into their rigid boxes.
But we know.
We know LA is made up of
gaffer’s tape and grit,
dreams lived and broken,
blisters and bruises,
ridiculous (and necessary) hope,
pavement-pounding with shin splints,
small communities holding each other up, and everything in between.
We know LA is not as easy as the sheen on magazines.
And anyone who’s lived a minute knows, making anything look easy is hard as hell.
LA is not for the faint of heart.
Never has been, never will be.
