I so wish you could see the video…We talked, laughed, nodded our heads in agreement, shared some very vulnerable truths about what being light often costs, and how real sisterhood is game changing and should make you stand firmer for close to an hour.
And when I asked about why making music is so important to her. It was clear that art and creativity can play a necessary in healing our hearts, minds and bodies.
