As I bid adieu to 2024, I’m filled with gratitude for the incredible opportunities that came my way. This year marked significant milestones in my career as a small artist in the film industry. I’m thankful to have shared screen space with the legendary Mammookka in ‘Turbo’, directed by Vaisakh sir. Although ‘Bharathanatyam’ faced initial setbacks with its theatre release, it went on to become a blockbuster on OTT platforms. ‘Hello Mummy’ was an absolute delight to work on, bringing laughter and joy to audiences in theatres. And ‘Sthanarthi Sreekuttan’ holds a special place in my heart, as it finally saw the light of day after a long wait, receiving wonderful responses from film enthusiasts. While 2024 was kind to me professionally, it wasn’t without its challenges. As I step into 2025, I humbly ask for your kindness and blessings. 2024: A Year of Extremes As I reflect on the past year, I’m reminded of the rollercoaster of emotions I experienced. 2024 was a year of contradictions – it brought me both triumph and turmoil. On one hand, I achieved successes that I’m incredibly proud of. But on the other hand, I also faced challenges that pushed me to my limits. There were moments of immense joy, laughter, and celebration. Yet, there were also times of sorrow, tears, and heartache. Despite the ups and downs, 2024 taught me invaluable lessons about resilience, perseverance, and the importance of staying strong in the face of adversity. As I bid farewell to this year, I’m grateful for the strength and courage I’ve gained. I’m ready to carry these lessons forward into 2025, embracing whatever the new year may bring. ~Sruthy Suresh
