Teresa Palmer Instagram – Been taking a pause on posting with everything that’s been happening in LA 💔
So much has unfolded in our lives over the past seven weeks. Transformative things for all of us. I wrapped up a job I adored, surrounded by people I love so much 🥹❤️, we celebrated Forest’s 8th birthday at our favorite @thefunkyfarm, we said our final goodbye to Scott Creek with all of our beautiful friends showing up to send us off 😭, we spent a beachside Christmas in Adelaide and then we embarked on a three-day, cross-country relocation road trip to Byron Bay—two cars, a trailer full of stuff, two dogs, my mum, four kids, and our cat in tow!
Mark & the boys flew to LA just as the fires broke out, right as the girls and I landed in Ireland for me to film a part in my baby mama @frankieshaw’s movie. I didn’t sleep for four nights, sick with worry over the disaster, missing my sons, and sobbing for our dearest friends who lost their home and their community—and for everyone affected in LA, a place we call home.
Came back to Oz, moved into our new abode, and pulled off the ultimate surprise for my mum’s 70th last weekend—flying her two best friends to Byron for a weekend of pampering and bliss (she had NO idea!). This week has been about ushering our kids into their new schools and routines and finding the slow again riiight before I start shooting a new project come Monday 🙃 Time moves in strange ways.
