Young minds go through numerous challenges, whether it’s adjusting to school life, dealing with peer pressure, or navigating their emotions. It’s essential that they have the tools and support they need to cope with stress, anxiety, and other emotional challenges. By providing wellness kits filled with calming tools, mindfulness resources, and ways to express their feelings, we’re helping children build resilience and emotional intelligence.
