About Chef:
Brazilian-born chef Emme Collins grew up immersed in the culinary world after her family opened Seattle’s first Brazilian restaurant in 1999. She graduated from Seattle Culinary Academy in 2012 and has worked at prestigious establishments under James Beard award-winning chefs. Emme operates the award-winning catering company Soul and Spice and has provided private chef services for celebrity clients throughout Seattle. A winner of Food Network’s “”Chopped”” and “”Beat Bobby Flay,”” Emme has received several accolades, including being named one of the top 100 most influential people in Seattle by Seattle Met magazine.
