Loved reliving the crazy adventure of #SpecialForcesFox season 3 with the people who shared in my highs and lows, lifted me up, inspired me, and helped me gain so much more respect for our the military forces around the world. As my kids prepare to leave the nest in a few years, I am so grateful for the opportunity to challenge myself and reconnect with the person that I know can do hard things and come out better for it. 👊🏼
