I have always been a HUGE fan of musical theatre… but never imagined I’d get the opportunity to do it. And not just do it… but like, in the coolest, authentic way… THIS PROJECT – is more than I ever could have dreamed. First of all, it’s about NYC! 2nd – it’s a true story – I love that! Did you guys see the movie w/ Antonio Banderas?! Andddd it combines Latin Ballroom dancing & hip hop! WHAT?!
So… the last 3 weeks have been fully committed to THIS! I have been surrounded by the most talented cast… and wow – seeing how a musical is put together… IS INSANE! I don’t think they get nearly the credit they all deserve. It has been a lot of work & even while being super sick… (the flu took my household hostage.) – I feel so blessed to be a part of this!
