One of the first holidays Sam and I went on was to Mexico. We had the best time, and loved the food. As we are juggling work, life and parenting, we couldn’t get back there so decided to have a Mexican inspired Valentines day lunch instead!
As you know I’m a big @subway_ukireland fan, so couldn’t wait to try their new Mexicana Crunch range, which gives you a slice of Mexico – all the flavour but none of the jet lag 🤣🤣🤣
We spiced it up with the following menu:
Footlong Nachos featuring lightly salted Doritos, iconic tortilla chips, topped with American-style cheese, salsa and jalapeños as a starter.
As a main we chose Mexicana Beef Crunch, which is a Footlong Sub
with new Taco Beef, American-style
Cheese, Lightly Salted Doritos and
Chipotle Southwest Sauce with optional Guacamole.
For desert we pushed the boat out and treated ourselves to Footlong Churros – topped with cinnamon and sugar and
Footlong cookies, which was warm and packed with gooey choc chips 😋
All so yummy, and no washing up! What’s not to love!
