Ananya Nagalla Instagram – I was travelling from Hyderabad to Madhurai today morning for an event . I have checked in two baggages and one of it got delayed for 6 hours. when i contacted the customer care they are simply saying sorry and they will send it in next available flight. @indigo.6e this is unacceptable.
Why there are different rules for you and the customer. Even if it’s a one min delay from the customer you will say we can’t allow because other passengers can not wait for you, so now because of your 6 hours luggage delay nearly 2000 students have to wait for me . simply by saying sorry it can’t be rectified.
