My first time in the ice bath with the guidance of ms Jam of @asgardsiargao and coach @chepoxz.😆 honestly really just thought the facilities looked good, but I’m glad I finally went for it! I hear several benefits, and honestly, regardless if it was “all in my head” (as naysayers would say), it still did make me feel so good throughout the day after doing it both times! All that matters. This and a few mins in the sauna.👌🏽

I can eat less on a calorie deficit which is my goal for the first two weeks, but I am also just getting back into a regular work-out routine so this is a good amount of food for me. I’ve officially kickstarted my fitsummamomma challenge for 2025!☀️ I started my own fitsummamomma challenge in 2021, when I wanted to lose weight post- partum. I went from 80kgs to my maintained weight of 56kgs. This year, my goal is just to get stronger (for better athletic performance), and to look stronger (a toned bod, ya?🙊) Sounds simple but there’s I reason why I only got to this bit now.😆 so I’m grateful to have a support system of experienced coaches including @chepoxz, a new go-to fitness space here on the island — @asgardsiargao! (Also where you can book boxing classes with @theislandboxer, who was also coach in 2021).🥊 I enjoy setting shorter-term fitness goals as a way to make a lifelong journey of fitness feel more rewarding by celebrating the progress I make along the way.💪🏼 Summer is just around the corner. Let’s crush these goals togetha!❤️🔥
