Ariel Tatum Instagram – Last November I’ve decided that this year is for embracing my feminine energy wholeheartedly.
Sisi diri yang selama ini hanya ada untuk orang-orang terdekat saja. Sisi yang sudah lamaaaa sekali gw sembunyikan dari publik, karena ga pernah merasa cukup aman dan nyaman untuk gw tunjukan ke lingkungan kerja gw yang di dominasi oleh energi maskulin ini.
Bertahun-tahun gw merasa selalu harus show up and act a certain way in this industry to be taken seriously, to be heard, respected, and treated in the way that I know I deserve. And it’s not that I don’t like being the strict, tough and private person that I’m known for, but it honestly has been affecting my nervous system quite significantly these past few years.
Somebody said to me:
“Surround yourself with people who make it easy for you to be a woman.”
Dan gw luar biasa bersyukur beberapa tahun ini Tuhan dan semesta berkati gw dengan support system yang memberikan gw ruang untuk menjadi tenang, dimana gw ga harus selalu berada dalam mode waspada, dan bisa menjadi diri gw yang sesungguhnya. Mereka menginspirasi gw untuk juga turut membantu menciptakan ruang tersebut untuk para perempuan lain.
So here’s to all women- whoever they choose to be, and however they want live their lives. I pray that together, we can create a safer environment for us all to grow at our own pace, to be more gentle to ourselves, to rise, to thrive, to be softer, to be better.
I want all of you girls to know that I will always be cheering for you, your sanity, your peace and happiness. Whoever doesn’t can go to the pit of hell.
