Sit with a straight spine 🧘
Make a fist with your thumbs tucked in
Punching out while exhaling through the nose
You can do this for 1-3 minutes
At the end take a deep breath in, holding it, and exhaling through the nose
Enjoy!
⚠️If you’re pregnant don’t do breath or fire. Use long deep breaths instead
