On SATURDAY 8TH MARCH 2.30pm at @soulstudiolondon I will running an embodiment workshop specifically for performers alongside my coach, colleague and friend @ab_embodiment 🧚♀️
My life has gone through proFOUND shifts since learning and incorporating somatic healing practises into my day to day. The shifts on the inside then began to materialise into SEISMIC shifts on the outside. It is one of my passions to share with everyone anything that has ever helped me in my life so here I am. “In this taster workshop, Acting legacy Bessie Carter and Transformational Coach Anthea Bell will guide you through the Embodiment Journey – strategies to identify your base state, instantaneously shift “above the line” and from there, access a new level of potency. Through group-led discussion, somatic practices and self-hypnosis, we will offer newfound understanding, introspection and skill in delivering the sorts of performances you most desire – from a place of grounding, ease and open-hearted curiosity.
The workshop will last for 3 hours and involve a degree of physical activity, mindfulness, writing and group discussion. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in, layers and a journal. We so look forward to having you.
