Bethany Hamilton Instagram – Before I had children, I decided that I would make sure to take care of myself along the way so that I could stay healthy and enjoy my children all the more!
4 children in and here we are! My children are always invited to join me when I move!
I like the idea of integrating my children into the various parts of my life so that they can take some of the habits and tools with them along the way. I think that the American culture almost encourages the opposite.
