I had the opportunity to meet an portray an amazing and impactful individual of our culture, alongside the trailblazing “LISA LISA”
The opportunity to do this film came at a time of extreme hardship for me. There was so many things that made me want to say no, but God said yes and I followed.
While doing this film, I met some great women (and men) creating relationships that I will carry with me for years to come and even though for a very brief moment, I felt completely seen and understood. I needed to feel that. I needed space to be exactly who I know I am and this film gave me that opportunity in so many ways.
@tonimenage “The Mirror” was gentle, understanding, and a true leader in a space she was not at all familiar with and I will be forever grateful for our bond created on this set.
@tailiahbreon geeeezzz! I can’t say enough how admirable it was to see you duck every stray and continue the mission.
