Cheryl Hines Instagram – This is a repost. It captures amazing images of the extraordinary firefight happening in Los Angeles. I’ve never seen anything like it. These fires are massive and at first sight, it seems impossible that anyone could do anything to try to control them. And then you see helicopter after helicopter, plane after plane, firefighter after firefighter risk their lives to fight these fires. These firefighters & first responders are not relenting. It’s day 7. I’ve watched them extinguish blaze after blaze. Accomplish feats that seemed impossible. Save so many lives, neighborhoods & communities. Thank you to each and every soul out there who is giving everything they’ve got to save our beautiful city. My heart is heavy from the loss many are experiencing here and yet I’m inspired by the way people are caring for each other here. I’ve always loved this city of angels. ❤️Thank you to our heroes.
