Dawn McCoy Instagram – I have just a few Palm Springs “musts” when friends visit and ask me for recommendations – and @BarCecil is at the top of the list.
As I head out to Palm Springs today for a weekend of @Modernism_Week design, architecture and vintage glam, I had to share our most recent Bar Cecil dining experience.
We started with Cecil’s bread rolls with local date save butter…
And then kept things fresh with the Girl & Dug Farm Salad with local citrus and a DIVINE Peach Vinaigrette.
Then we graduated to the Steaks Frites – an 8 oz. Flat Iron with cafe cut fries, bearnaise and cafe de paris butter – and the Cacio E Pepe, which is indulgently tantalizing.
And, naturally, we ended with the best pavlova on the planet – their signature Aniston’s pavlova that I crave upon seeing the windmills.
A little slice of heaven – whether dine at a table in civilized style or dine at the bar which I always opt for.
