I hate the idea of a bidding war! But, here is something I just learned. 🧠 I had no idea that the price of new builds, like the homes at @Nelavidala, is set! What you see is what you get. Another thing…not all builders offer credits to buy rates down. @nelavidala does! For example, they currently have a $30k credit yo take my 7% to a 5%. Definitely ask!
