Feminista Jones Instagram – I watched this clip a few times because I had a visceral reaction to it. I felt my body tense up and my breathing changed. As a survivor of narcissistic abuse that involved intense gaslighting, this is hard to watch. As a former care provider for people with severe psychiatric disabilities, this felt so familiar and, oddly enough, elicited something more like pity than empathy. To watch someone stand so adamantly in a delusion and not even blinkā¦ itās a lot. To watch someone lie so deliberately and with such conviction and not even blinkā¦itās a lot.
To be unable to know which one this isā¦ is a lot.
