Here is my quick ‘Choc/raspberry Oat Bake’ that I take to work with me most mornings 🙌 It’s so easy to pre-prepare on a Sunday for the whole week, I put it in little containers, and when I talk about it on the radio I keep getting asked for the recipe, so here it is! 2 bananas (mashed) 60 grams rolled oats 50 grams chia seeds 20 grams vanilla protein powder Two hand fulls of frozen (or fresh) Raspberries 150 ml milk Handful of choc bits (white or milk) Combine all ingredients in oven safe tin and bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees Celsius for 30 mins.
