Without the responsibility of taking care of the children we have in our orphanage, which asks of me to post, share and find people to support our work – I like to think I would have quit social media long ago. Or smartphones in general. To spend more time in books, moss and meditation.
Right now I can’t even spend a weekend offline, since the communication and work with @littlebridgefoundation really needs me daily. I hope that one weekend, or maybe even a week or two in the nearer future, I am able to disappear into the real world🪞
But currently we have more difficult times with @littlebridgefoundation. Though I still have all the faith✨ that we will find enough supporters to get our community independent. But social media and it’s algorithms aren’t really helping along – the most sweet and heartwarming reel about our children experiencing Christmas that you all donated for, only reached 300 people and got 13 likes…which makes me a bit sad as I would like you all to witness what you have been contributing for 🙏🏼
So here are some photos of myself, hopefully bringing me back to the cool kids. Enjoy! And then, just when you least expect it – I’ll hit you with charity again 🫶🏽
Ps. Hopefully I am inspiring at least one of you to get offline and spend a weekend in the real world, out of reach from the desires and thoughts created by algorithms. Go touch the moss. God knows I would.
