Isabella Rossellini Instagram – My daughter, @ElettraWiedemann, curates all the programming at Mama Farm. One of my favorites is The Art of Pausing Retreat, which is about perimenopause and menopause. I found it wonderful because this is a subject that is still taboo and it was wonderful to open up and share stories with other women in an intimate setting. The retreat is hosted by three incredible gynecologists. One of them @6154amy interviewed me for her podcast @gynocurious which is out today.
