Jamie Otis Instagram – Ever since we brought the twins home it’s been HARD. I can either have a clean house or sleep—can’t have both.🤪 Last night I chose sleep bc I DESPERATELY needed it!🙏😴
The babies have been waking up about 2-4 times a night – EVERY NIGHT – still.😴 Everyone says we have to sleep train them, but the cry it out just doesn’t work for me. I just can’t let my babies cry.😭
Tonight we are going to start a very gentle sleep training approach bc we are DESPERATE.💯🙏
Maybe when they start sleeping better I will have time to clean my house!🤪😆
If your house is a cluttered mess too I just want you to know you’re not alone. You’re not a bad mom. You’re just BUSY and sometimes a clean house just doesn’t make the to-do list as parents. It’s OK!👌 ❤️
