Easier said than done, because shame has a way of manifesting in our lives—sometimes as self-doubt, silence, or even misplaced guilt. But what happens when we confront it head-on?
Behind the scenes of our #womensday special with Adelle Onyango and Caroline Mutoko (those videos are up on our various channels), our production team and I took a moment to have an open conversation about speaking to our shame instead of letting it define us.
What does your shame sound like, and how do you respond to it? Let’s talk.
