Why do we have to soften our words around femicide just to make people comfortable? Why are 21 million people struggling with the cost of living while those in power look the other way? And why aren’t more people talking about how these two issues are connected—neglect, inequality, and gendered violence all come from the same broken system.
We can’t afford to stay silent. We need to have these conversations. We need to turn frustration into action. Because if we don’t demand change, who will?
