JuJu Chan Instagram – γπ TASTE WITH JUJU π€€γ Impeccable Teppanyaki Dining in a Luxurious Setting
I recently visited @teppanyakishou at the @raffles.galaxymacau , and I have to say, my expectations were high, but they were completely exceeded! The food was absolutely amazing, and the staff were incredibly attentive. One small but appreciated detail was how they replaced my cup of tea with a hot one instead of just topping off a cooled half-cup.
A charming touch was selecting our personal sake glasses. While many Japanese restaurants offer this experience, the individually hand-crafted glasses here made for great conversation. We chose their house sake, and it was delicious.
Our chef personally sourced all the food and shared interesting stories about each ingredient (in Cantonese). I especially loved that he cooked individual pieces of beef for us as we ate, so each slice was always fresh off the hot plate.
The presentation of the food was beautiful, and the restaurant itself had a modern yet traditional look. The ambiance was both inviting and elegant.
This experience was so memorable that I canβt wait to come back again and again!
Recommendation: 5/5 πππππ
