When everyone thought I’m a tomboy I danced and giggled in punjabi films, playing and creating the quintessential girl ✨️
When I was losing my mind, my skin and hair going brittle and dry and almost on a verse of a breakdown i created a new version of me , I studied day and night to create Natural & Ayurvedic recipies that will nourish and heal my body ✨️
I create combinations and balance of Herbs 🌿 plant pulps, pressed stems , seeds and flower juices , i create my own garden of fresh produce where birds and animals come to talk, play and rest ✨️
I try to create everyday into a day of evolution , to get better, to become self sufficient and to share the healing journey and my healthy healing products with so many of you who are just like me … A creative mess❤️ ✨️
