I wonder how it happens—the immediate effect of taking that leap of faith. How can SO MUCH change in thoughts, happen in just a matter of seconds? HOW?😮💨
Maybe because it’s so close to d*ath??? It’s like pushing yourself to the edge and saving yourself at the same moment. It’s incredible—the feeling.
From fearing heights to facing them like the fear never even existed… does it anymore? It absolutely doesn’t.😁
I feel like facing your fears transforms you into a completely different human. It did for me.🥹
When I went skydiving for the first time in 2023, I literally cried on the plane because I didn’t want to do it. I couldn’t sleep for three nights before, and I was shaking at the plane exit. Pure terror.🤣 There is a full vlog on my YouTube channel on how scared I was…its hilarious, and I spoke SO MUCH because i was scared!🤣🤣
Cut to 2025, and I couldn’t wait to jump out of the freaking plane.😎
Sometimes, I don’t even recognize the girl I was. Forget four years ago—I don’t recognize myself from last year. Who was she?🥹🫠
I think facing your fears does that to you. It pulls you out of the stories you tell yourself—
the stories that say “YOU CANNOT, YOU WOULD NOT, YOU SHOULD NOT”.
It strips away everything you thought you knew about yourself and forces you to meet the real you. The one who exists BEYOND fear.😎
And once you meet that version of yourself… there’s no going back. Absolutely not. 😄
