Now I’m not sure how many of you attempted Dry January, it’s not something I actually did, however I have cut back on my alcohol consumption this month and it has been made incredibly easy by being able to make some amazing non-alcoholic cocktails using my BLANCO tap and CHOICE drinks system.

I’m going to give you a few ideas on what you can do.

I went online and I got some really good recipes, using lots of fresh fruit and sparkling water which I get from my CHOICE drinks system and some of you might like more bubbles than others. So if you do, the amazing thing about the system is that you can personalise the level of bubbles on the BLANCO app to make your cocktail completely unique to you.

I’m going to make one with you – it starts off with some crushed pineapple in the bottom of the glass, followed by a few strawberries, a nice squeeze of orange juice and then all you do is add sparkling water. Finish it off with a little sprig of mint – delicious AND alcohol free.

And it’s not just me that’s enjoyed making these non alcoholic cocktails because I’ve had a lot of fun with the kids too.
