I’m ready to share the love (and share the load a bit) here. We have not one, but two stunning historical buildings for sale off market -— ready for the right creative souls to infuse their big plans in our small town.
The corner shop building is right next to our beloved Sewickley Buck Mason on Beaver Street. She’s zoned for retail and also has permission for a small cafe. There are four to five office spaces above to rent or use. Asking $1m.
I have also been working on bringing this sweet and stunning historical home on Locust Street back to life and would love to find the right owner to carry it on. It’s currently zoned for retail — and/but (and here’s the crazy part…) we have been deep into plans with an incredible chef to create a beautiful small town bar and restaurant in this house — think great drinks, great food, great music playing, chitter chatter of low conversations over the tinkering of plates in candlelight. Ideally — I’m looking for someone that loves Sewickley as much as I do and wants to help us continue with our vision and to bring this restaurant to life. Offering at 750k.
