Lo Bosworth Instagram – I’m still recovering from surgery, but that doesn’t mean I didn’t make our first Wellness Wednesday of the year all about self-care (we take a quarterly day off at @lovewellness – no work allowed, no exceptions to support a healthy work-life balance on our team).
I ate good fruits and donuts, did my hair bc sometimes when you physically feel awful a hairdo lifts your spirits, and mostly laid around to let my body heal from surgery.
A 8/10 wellness Wednesday IMO, could only be improved upon if I wasn’t post-op! 💗
