Maria Grazia Chiuri Instagram – Sally Potter’s 1993 film “Orlando” is a visually stunning adaptation of Virginia Woolf’s novel. Closely reflecting the themes and chronology of the text, Potter’s film perfectly incarnates the journey of self-discovery and self-definition which inspired the @dior Ready-To-Wear Fall-Winter 2025.
The costumes, designed by incredibly talented @thesandypowell , were such a pivotal reference for this collection. She was kind enough to share with us the beautiful sketches which she had realized for these Academy-Award winning costumes, and the original pieces are now being shown at SCAD FASH museum in Atlanta!
