Matylda B Instagram – Black and white sequence in “#AGHATHIYAA”
The overall narration of the story switches between 2025 to 1940. Towards the climax there is a flash cut of Edward explaining to Radha ravi sir about andril paravai. Which was visually narrated and since the story was already in 1940 we wanted to show the separation of this flash cut in a different tone. To give a nostalgic look, we decided to go with Black and white and it was director @pavijaypoet sir, who gave a green signal to try something unique. Since we used a proper colour palette throughout the film and also the high contrast lighting added an additional beauty, when we fixed the black and white tone. | Posted on 11/Mar/2025 21:23:58
