Medalion Rahimi Instagram – I’ve added a highlight to my profile with resources and information on the LA FIRES I’ve gathered over the past few days, and will keep adding more. As the daughter of immigrants who were forced to flee their country, I am so grateful to Los Angeles for giving me and my family a second chance. This city took in so many Iranian immigrants, hence how it got its nickname of “Tehrangeles.” LA showed me that dreams can become a reality. I will always be grateful.
