Michelle Randolph Instagram – Surprising Taylor Sheridan fans by portraying the romantic yet fierce Elizabeth Strafford in 1923 and Landman’s rebellious Ainsley Norris, Michelle Randolph proves she has range – and that this is just the beginning.
Launching as our digital cover star for the Spring 2025 issue of Glass, the American actor discusses how she has learnt to handle her nerves on set as she transitions into more influential roles. “I don’t think imposter syndrome ever fully leaves you, but what has changed is how I handle it,” she explains. “Instead of letting it paralyse me, I use it – because it means I care. And if I care, I’ll go above and beyond”.
With drama, coming-of-age and Westerns already in her repertoire, she hopes her future remains this broad, saying “I have so many stories I want to tell. There’s so much I’m excited about in the coming year”. With both major projects returning for a new season, it seems that this year will see more glimpses of a star-in-the-making.
The spring issue of Glass is available to download now on the Glass app.
