Ngl, it’s been a tough year for me. I went through a few setbacks, lots of tears, health issues and disappointments. That being said, It hasn’t all been bad. In the grander scheme of things, this year needed to happen to teach me how to connect with myself on a deeper level. It was time I learnt to properly manage my stress levels, hold myself accountable for my actions, stop complaining and above all put myself first. This year was the year of really focussing on my physical/mental health and growing as a person. On reflection, it’s been such an eye opening year for me and I’m definitely ending 2024 on a high! Once I let go of all of the things that weren’t serving me in my life, I began to really find peace within myself.
I feel tremendously grateful for everything in my life.
I just know, that all the tough lessons were thrown at me to prepare me for all the good stuff to come. Making big moves in 2025 💛
