1A. Standing Shoulder press x 10-12 reps
1B. Lateral Raise x 10-12 reps
1C. Front Raise ISO Hold x 30 secs
x 3-4 rounds

2A. Zottman Curl x 10-12 reps
2B. Overhead DB tricep extensions x 10-12 reps
x 3-4 rounds
