Nina Caprez Instagram – In order to prepare “birth”, I try to imagine climbing the route on the picture called Hulk, a 70m long 8b tufa.
Everyone who had climbed this one knows how the effort feels like. You can easily fight your way up on that single tufa for about one hour.
The process of giving birth is somehow similar by adding a huge portion of extra pain and a couple of more hours.
I know this sounds weird, but I can’t wait to suffer again and to manage this particular effort of pain and endurance in the way that my sports thought me so during 20 years.
Tic-tac, tic-tac, tic-tac
