I will never forget last night @UnitedPalaceNYC!!!!!!! We laughed and cried through a screening of the film Satisfied, and then we dropped a surprise! Me, @lin_manuel & @phillipasoo singing that iconic song together again. Everyone in the house joined in! It felt like we almost blew that beautiful roof off, singing so loud we could barely hear the track! THE LOVE! It’s still growing, after all these years. Lin and Philippa kept telling me, “It’s your night, Renee,” holding my hand and leading me into the spotlight. But, like the song, it all belongs to all of us. We all know the words! Let’s keep showing up for each other and celebrating this milestone together. Thank you for welcoming us all in, Lin, and for choosing to make the anniversary of the show you wrote a celebration of all of us. Thank you for being the gorgeous harmony in my life, Philippa, one of the most inspirational women I know. Thank you to my documentary team for believing in the universal truth of a woman’s story. #Hamilten #Hamiltuesday Sound check at the @unitedpalacenyc, 5:30pm yesterday, March 10, 2025. We found out Pippa was in town on Friday. This was the first time we’d all sung this song together since 2016. Last night we held a free screening for @reneeelisegoldsberry’s documentary Satisfied, which beautifully documents the impossible balancing act of being a mother and raising a family while chasing your passion. It was a perfect start to this year’s film series, where we’ll celebrate our incredible Hamilton alums in honor of Hamilton’s 10th anniversary. Next month we’ll watch West Side Story w @arianadebose. Grateful to hear these harmonies again. Grateful for Renee and Pippa and grateful to all of you singing along in the audience last night and around the world.
