Rajshri Deshpande Instagram – When a 10 year old, daughter of a sugar cutting labourer rebelled to her parents saying she doesn’t want to go for labour work to other villages with them and attending school since a year now because she loves her art and craft workshops which we are conducting from past 18 months.
This is the result of all the hardwork, dedication, perseverance and beliefs of our past 12 years of work that the change has to happen on grassroots level. Action is important to make a sustainable transition.
Here’s to celebrating all our children today and everyday specially our girls on today’s women day.
