Ingredients
1 puff pastry sheet
1/4 cup caster sugar
3-4 tbs cranberry powder
Sprinkle a layer of sugar onto a board. Add a sheet of puff pastry on top and sprinkle with some more sugar. Sprinkle with some dried cranberry powder, making sure to spread it evenly. Fold your sheet equally from both sides until you reach the middle. Place one fold over the other as shown in the video. Leave to chill. Remove and cut to form your heart shaped cookies. Bake at 160Ā° until the cookies are golden brown and have puffed up. Leave to cool and serve!ā¤ļø
