Ranjini Haridas Instagram – So this is something I’ve been thinking about doing for a few years now and finally am at a place physically for it to actually make a difference .
We all have our problem areas in our bodies and mine for the longest time has been my upper arm or bat wings as we call it. .It has been my arch nemesis and honestly something I’ve struggled with for a while now .
I happened to see a video of cryolipolisis @niara_aesthetics and decided to hit @dr.sonia_raghukumar up to find out more .Let’s just say I was convinced enough to give it a go on the same day considering it was non invasive,relative pain free and took roughly about 35-45 mins per arm .
As someone who has been intensively working out and still found it hard to lose arm fat I’m really hopeful that this procedure will help me along in the journey of toning my upper arms and in getting rid of some of that excess fat .
I also wanted to document the process and share the experience in case any of you out there are struggling with similar issues and wanted to know how it works .
Of course as with anything, it must be fully understood that a good diet,consistent exercise routine ,hydration and sleep all play an important role in maintaining a good, fit and healthy lifestyle but my arm fat was bugging me for years and I’m glad i found a non invasive way to help me with it .
